Overview & Synopsis
Das Hirsch-Institut für Tropenmedizin (HITM) wurde 2013 als Außenstelle der Klinik für Gastroenterologie, Hepatologie und Infektiologie der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf unter Leitung von Professor Dieter Häussinger eröffnet. Das HITM dient dem Zweck des Wissenstransfers in den Bereichen Wissenschaft und Medizin, der Ausbildung von Ärzten sowie der Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Projekte im Bereich der Infektions- und Tropenmedizin.
