Overview & Synopsis
To ease difficulties in the transition from school to university, bridging courses are implemented at many German universities. In this paper, we present instruments we have developed for evaluating those bridging courses as well as selected results from six bridging courses at five German universities, comparing their different goals and their achievements,.
