A Subdiffusion Model for Cancer Network
Overview & Synopsis
In this article, we propose a cancer network model with subdiffusion to understand dynamics of the cancer network. Our aim is to see the various patterns that form in the cancer network system. The underlying model will be analyzed for Turing instability and Hopf bifurcation using linear stability analysis. The study demonstrates that Turing instability can occur when the initiator diffuses faster than the inhibitor, a behaviour distinct from that observed with normal diffusion. The current study only focuses on some of the mathematical analysis but in future, our aim would be to further investigate these dynamics, and to present detailed numerical simulations with more compartments.
