Concerns of Teachers about Implementing Individualized Instruction in the Physical Education Setting.
Overview & Synopsis
Teacher concerns about individualized physical education were measured by the Stages of Concern questionnaire. Data were collected before and after a field-based inservice training program involving physical education teachers. Results of the study indicate that, while change is a difficult process, it can be facilitated by focusing on individual teachers' needs. (JN)
