L'objectif de cet article est de proposer une méthodologie de gestion de projet complexe. Réalisé au sein de l'entreprise SCALIAN ETOP en collaboration avec le laboratoire LINEACT, ce projet a pour but d'évaluer la complexité d'un projet au travers de critères tels que l'environnement, le contexte, l'interdépendance, etc. afin de proposer une méthodologie adaptée au projet avec des approches, des outils et des processus de gestion de projet associés.
