A MODIFICATION OF DARKEN'S EQUATION FOR THE INTERDIFFUSION COEFFICIENT IN P-TYPE OXIDE SOLID SOLUTIONS
Overview & Synopsis
A modified form of Darken's equation for the interdiffusion coefficient is obtained for the case of solid solution oxides of the (A,B)O type by considering the effect of the difference between the diffusion coefficients of the two ions on the concentration of the lattice defects during equilibration.
