Fast, Flexible, and Digital: Forecasts for Occupational and Workplace Education.
Overview & Synopsis
Three Delphi panels of occupational educators (n=16, 9, 12) forecast scenarios for the future of workplace education, which were compared with results of a literature review. Results indicated increasing alignment of practitioners' forecasts for dramatically transformed workplace education with major trends identified in the literature. (Contains 40 references.) (JOW)
