Design of One Dimensional Digital IIR Filters using Orthogonal Polynomials
Overview & Synopsis
In this paper we discuss the method of designing a zero or linear phase 1 Dimensional Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) filter using orthogonal polynomials. The approach is easy to understand and implement. Simulation results show the excellent performance of the proposed filter design technique.
