Overview & Synopsis

This book brings together seven essays about the Common Cycle of Studies at UNILA, written within the framework of ten years of this political-pedagogical experience. Addressing transversal themes such as the teaching of Portuguese and Spanish as additional languages, fieldwork on the border, the perspective of marginalized communities in photographic art, pedagogical dynamics of integration, and the approach to the fundamentals of Latin America in specific courses, this collection aims to stimulate necessary reflections in the current context. All of this is within the horizon of Latin American and Caribbean integration, following the vocation of this university that we have been building for over a decade.
