Le rôle du débat dans l’appropriation de la complexité par des élèves de classes élémentaires dans le cadre d'une éducation à l'environnement et à la pensée critique
Overview & Synopsis
This study explores how a debate on a Socioscientific Issue, focusing on the textile industry, helps CE2/CM1 (grades 3 and 4) students grasp complexity. After analyzing documents from diverse sources and perspectives, their discussions were recorded, transcribed, and examined using indicators from the literature. The results show that they are beginning to develop skills such as networked thinking, critical thinking, future projection, and consideration of both human and non-human issues, marking an initial appropriation of complexity.
