O‘zbekiston Respublikasi so‘nggi yillarda gender tenglikni ta’minlash, xotin- qizlarning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy va siyosiy faolligini oshirish hamda ularni tazyiq va zo‘ravonlikdan himoya qilish bo‘yicha muhim islohotlar amalga oshirdi. Ayollar huquqlarini himoya qilish nafaqat inson huquqlari sohasidagi majburiyat, balki mamlakatning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishi uchun strategik ahamiyatga ega. Prezidentimiz Shavkat Mirziyoyev tomonidan ayollar huquqlariga alohida e’tibor qaratilayotgani, xususan, zo‘ravonlikka uchragan ayollarni himoya qilish tizimini takomillashtirish zarurligi ta’kidlanmoqda. 2021-yilda oilani himoya qilish bilan bog‘liq 391 ta murojaat qayd etilgan bo‘lib, bu ayollarning turmush o‘rtog‘i yoki yaqin qarindoshlari tomonidan tazyiqqa uchraganligini ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu tezisda O‘zbekistonning ayollar huquqlari sohasidagi yutuqlari, qonunchilik islohotlari, oilaviy zo‘ravonlikka qarshi choralar, xalqaro tajriba va kelajakdagi takliflar tahlil qilinadi.

Baclofen ,a centrally acting muscle relaxant is used for the treatment of spasticity,muscle spasms and intractable hiccups. Its main route of excretion is urine , thereforethe drug gets accumulated in patients with chronic kidney disease resulting in toxicity.We report two cases of chronic kidney disease who developed encephalopathy withbaclofen and improved after stopping the drug, spontaneously in the first patient andafter two sessions of dialysis in the second case.
