Training Curriculum : Changing the way you Handle Waste
Overview & Synopsis
This Training Curriculum for Community-Based Women Groups on Methane Reduction Practices and Climate-Sensitive Livelihood Improvement is developed as part of a pilot training initiative under the Nigeria for Women Project (NFWP), implemented in Ogun and Taraba States. The pilot aims to test and refine practical, gender-responsive approaches that empower rural women to adopt climate-smart waste management practices, reduce methane emissions, generate new sources of income, and enhance their leadership in environmental stewardship.
