Overview & Synopsis
The relationship between multicultural education and cultural awareness is explored in this article. Multicultural education is shown to be a general philosophy, with cultural awareness being a component. A Cultural Literacy Laboratory designed to help participants grow toward multicultural understanding is discussed. (DF)
