Overview & Synopsis

The Audit Committee met on June 24, 2026 to review key risk and financial policy matters, including the FY26 World Bank Group Annual Risk Report, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development FY27 Single Borrower Limit, and the Alignment of the Prudential Minimum Liquidity Policies for the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association. The Committee discussed the risk profile and trends presented in the annual risk report, considered parameters and implications associated with the upcoming fiscal year single borrower limit for lending operations, and examined proposals to harmonize prudential minimum liquidity policies across the two institutions to enhance consistency and resilience. For each agenda item, the Committee prepared a report to the Board, reflecting the discussions and conveying recommendations and observations arising from the session. The meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
