To Make Teacher Education Work.
Overview & Synopsis
Teacher educators should foster the development of teachers who create and maintain humane learning environments (such as those needed to fulfill the legacy of Public Law 94-142) by creating similar supportive environments (i.e., teacher education programs that accept students as they are, treat them with respect, and nurture joy in learning).
