Guinea - Country Partnership Framework for the Period FY2027-FY2033 : Annex 1 - Guinea Country Partnership Results Framework
Overview & Synopsis
The Guinea Country Partnership Framework (CPF) Results Framework focuses on the overarching goal of creating more and better jobs through four key outcomes. First, strengthening fiscal management aims to improve domestic revenue mobilization, enhance transparency in mining revenues, and increase efficiency in public spending, enabling sustainable growth. Second, building a better educated and healthy workforce addresses human capital deficits through expanded access to quality education, skills training, health services, and social protection, improving productivity and employability. Third, expanding access to energy and transport seeks to reduce infrastructure gaps by increasing electricity access and improving connectivity, thereby lowering business costs and enabling market access. Finally, expanding private investment for job creation focuses on strengthening the business environment, supporting SMEs, and leveraging opportunities from the mining sector to develop value chains. Together, these interventions aim to foster inclusive, employment-driven growth and support Guineaβs structural transformation.
