On the Need for an Integrated Policy Infrastructure for the Delivery of Technical and Vocational Education in the Arab Gulf Region.
Overview & Synopsis
The key to long-range economic development in the Arab Gulf region is an integrated, cooperative approach to technical education of indigenous manpower resources.
