Overview & Synopsis

This proposal leverages Korea’s experience in higher education, science, technology, and innovation (STI) to help developing countries strengthen university-industry collaboration and build more effective innovation ecosystems. Through analytical research, global surveys, knowledge-sharing activities, and capacity-building workshops, the initiative will generate practical evidence and policy guidance to support innovation-led growth. By fostering stronger links between universities, industry, and policymakers, the project aims to enhance STI capabilities, inform World Bank operations, and promote sustainable economic development across low- and middle-income countries.
