Overview & Synopsis
Legal education theory and business educational theory are examined as they relate to the J.D. and MBA programs, and the way these differing approaches are reconciled is analyzed. The need for more combined J.D./MBA programs is discussed, and a new impetus toward providing these graduates is recommended. (MSE)
