Overview & Synopsis
On August 6, 2026, the Executive Directors of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association and the Boards of Directors of the International Finance Corporation and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency met to review Management’s Discussion and Analysis and the financial statements as of June 30, 2026 for each institution. Following the delivery of independent auditors’ reports, the Executive Directors approved the IBRD and IDA financial statements and authorized their submission to the Board of Governors for consideration at the 2026 Annual Meetings, and the Boards approved the IFC and MIGA financial statements and authorized their submission to the Board of Governors and Council of Governors, respectively, for consideration at the 2026 Annual Meetings. The meeting commenced at 10:01 a.m. and adjourned at 10:19 a.m.
