Cybersecurity MDTF Central America: Enhancing Cyber Resilience - Progress Report FY24-25
Overview & Synopsis
The World Bank team has established a partnership with the Spanish National Institute of Cybersecurity (Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad - INCIBE) and the Spanish National Cryptologic Center (Centro Criptológico Nacional – CCN). Through this collaboration, the World Bank team and the above-mentioned agencies are providing cybersecurity training to 365 public servants from Costa Rica. The initial phase of this cybersecurity training program runed from March to July 2024. As an incentive to encourage participants to complete their assignments, we invited ten of the most outstanding students to an in-person training workshop in Madrid, Spain, by December 2024. This one-week workshop will include modules on cybersecurity that are more advanced.
