Adult Basic and In-Service Training in Youthful Offender Programs
Overview & Synopsis
Adult education was the method by which a new direction was introduced into massive re-education and training efforts for correctional institution staff. The re-training, inservice, and basic training programs for the personnel are discussed. Evaluation will be based on both long-range behavioral change and reassessment of attitudes. (Author/JB)
