Saint Lucia - Caribbean Digital Transformation Project : Additional Financing

Overview & Synopsis

The development objective of the Caribbean Digital Transformation Project (CARDTP) for Saint Lucia is to increase access to digital services, technologies and skills by governments, businesses and individuals in the participating Eastern Caribbean countries. The additional financing (AF) includes a level 2 restructuring of the CARDTP to: (i) revise the component-wise costs to reflect the AF for Saint Lucia; (ii) extend the Project closing date by 23 months from June 22, 2026 to May 22, 2028 for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica, Saint Lucia, and Grenada and by 12 months from June 22, 2026 to June 22, 2027 for the regional grant implemented by the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS); (iii) update the results framework (RF) to extend the end-target timelines for all indicators to align with the Project’s revised closing date as well as incorporate the new corporate scorecard indicators in the results framework (RF); and, (iv) update disbursement estimates to align with the AF and the closing date of the Project.
