Overview & Synopsis
Describes the use of internships in economics education at the University of California (Berkeley) Field Studies Program. Students enrolled in a classroom "Global Economy" course participated in diverse fieldwork experiences. Criteria for judging economics field study experiences are suggested. (AM)
