Zimbabwe - Logical and Technical Architecture Plan : EVOKE Climate Action Pilot
Overview & Synopsis
This technical architecture plan defines the blockchain-enabled infrastructure required for the implementation of the EVOKE AI skills Results Based Financing (RBF) pilot in Zimbabwe. The system aims to automate performance-based disbursements using smart contracts, credential issuance, and transparent monitoring using blockchain technology. Goal of the pilot experimentation: to support up to 4 service providers in training and guiding 100 youth (25 per provider on average) through an AI skills-building program that culminates in certified learning and a creative output. Payments are only released to providers when outcomes are verified.
