Overview & Synopsis
In June 1979, the Swedish government appointed a commission to examine the total training requirements for Swedish personnel in contact with developing countries. Selected parts of the commission's report are discussed including recruitment for service in developing countries, long-term education, and adjustment problems experienced by Swedes in developing countries.
