Overview & Synopsis
A model is proposed for implementation of career education programs in schools, described as involving the counselor in: (1) increasing staff awareness of the need for career education; (2) focusing on priorities for implementation of specific programs; (3) assisting in their operation; and (4) facilitating assessment of effectiveness.
