Overview & Synopsis
Multiethnic education requires that the total school environment be changed so that students from diverse ethnic and racial groups will experience educational equality. Because of inconclusive data and hypotheses on the education of poor and ethnic minority youths, policies for the changes must be guided primarily by our values. (Author/RW)
