Overview & Synopsis
Ethical issues in one approach to professional education concerning legal advocacy are discussed. The approach is that advocates do not simply present facts as they discover them but shape them into meaningful case theories. It is argued that explicit ethics coverage in case theory instruction is a lost opportunity. (MSE)
