Management Education and the Challenge of Action Learning.
Overview & Synopsis
Because many writers recommend that management education be experience based, active, problem oriented and modified by feedback, the extent to which action learning meets these criteria is discussed. Action learning programs in Belgium, the United Kingdom, and Australia are described. Problems with evaluating these programs are summarized. (Author/MLW)
