Overview & Synopsis
On September 9, 2026, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) Board of Governors adopted resolution number seven hundred and twenty-six. It was resolved that IBRD transfer immediately from surplus, by way of grant, 100 million dollars as of the effective date of this resolution, to the Grant Facility for Project Preparation Fund (the Fund), administered by the Bank, such transfer proceeds to be drawn down as needed for the purposes of the Fund; provided that the amount of such grant may at any time be exchanged, wholly or partly, by the IBRD into other currencies.
