Overview & Synopsis
Presented is a condensation of the research completed by the study commission on the Undergraduate Education of Teachers, University of Nebraska. Recommendations on the Undergraduate Preparation of Educational Personnel (UPEP) are made. Also, some points discussed as obstacles to educational change are a) accreditation, b) federal funding and management roles, c) the education of teachers, and d) future studies and planning in education.
