National Environmental Education Perspective
Overview & Synopsis
The author recommends three fundamental changes in national environmental education strategy. Environmentalists should capitalize on other societal stresses like politics rather than capitulate to competition. Monies should be given to federal agencies and voluntary associations that have successfully promoted conservation. Finally environmental movements can not ignore human nature and economic considerations. (MR)
