Issues and Concerns for Improving Vocational Education.
Overview & Synopsis
The vocational education system needs to be reviewed because of changes in the average age of workers, the economy, and the needs of business and industry. Persistent issues such as dual and conflicting roles, business and industry liaisons, program overlap, and the roles of secondary versus postsecondary programs must be addressed. (CJ)
