Importance and Utilization of Professional Education Competency Areas Needed by Vocational Educators.
Overview & Synopsis
This investigation of professional education competencies in agricultural education revealed strong internal consistency among competencies clustered into seven areas important for performing work roles. Assessed was the extent to which these competencies were utilized by educators. The study also analyzed the importance and utilization of competency areas by educators according to years of teaching experience. (Author)
