Efficacy of Higher Education for Persons with Work Disabilities.
Overview & Synopsis
Examines the efficacy of higher education as a remedial strategy for persons with work disabilities. Efficacy is measured by comparing individual treatment costs to net earnings impacts. Higher education was shown to be a cost-effective strategy for persons with work disabilities.
