On September 24, 2026, the Executive Directors of IBRD and IDA and the Board of Directors of IFC and MIGA approved on an absence-of-objection basis the recommendation in the Memorandum of the President for the World Bank Group (WBG) Metals and Minerals Implementation Plan, as recorded under references R2026-0219, IDA/R2026-0219, IFC/R2026-0318, and MIGA/R2026-0114, thereby endorsing a WBG-wide implementation plan focused on the metals and minerals agenda.
