The development objectives of Public Expenditures for Administrative Capacity Endurance in Ukraine Project is to contribute to sustaining the government administrative and service delivery capacity to exercise core government functions at the national and regional levels. This restructuring seeks an additional financing (AF) in the amount of US$15 billion for an eighth additional financing (AF8). Out of this amount, US$10 billion is expected to finance further coverage of services under the Project and US$5 billion towards partially filling the financing gap under AF7. The AF8 will be funded by a grant from the Facilitation of Resources to Invest in Strengthening (FORTIS) Ukraine Financial Intermediary Fund (FIF). AF8 is an integral part of the international support package to enable Ukraine to meet its financing needs in 2024.
